The Wine Advocate:
The 2021 Crozes Hermitage Guer-Van comes from the commune of Gervais, although the rules for Crozes-Hermitage don't permit the use of commune names on labels. Notes of blueberry and cassis lead the way, with a dusting of crushed stone on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate shows a bit of granitic austerity, wiry without being hard or tough, moving into a mouthwatering finish framed by softly dusty tannins.
