PS isn’t made in every vintage - there was no 2002 or 2007 - but it's very much an icon wine. Based on grapes from La Aguilera and La Horra, it does its malolactic in American oak before ageing in new French barrels. Coffee bean aromas segue into a palate that's ripe, fleshy and serious, with sweet red fruit intensity, appealing zip for a wine with 15% alcohol and the concentration to age. 2024-34
