Aires de Vendimia Godello 2017

There is also a white 2017 Aires de Vendimia Godello from old vines in the village of Valtuille on sandy soils. The must with all the lees was put in barrel to ferment with indigenous yeasts, then the wine was put in 500-liter oak barrels to mature for one year. There is just a creamy touch, but the wine is not oaky; it's varietal with a spicy and balsamic twist. The palate is clean, focused and intense, with delineated flavors, very good freshness and a very tasty finish, almost salty. Impressive. 4,600 bottles were filled in August 2018.
