The Wine Advocate:

The second wine from Quebrada de Macul, the 2015 Alba de Domus was cropped from a warm and dry year similar to 2012. It's a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Merlot, fermented in a traditional way with indigenous yeasts. It matured in second and third use barrels for 18 to 24 months. It feels very expressive, aromatic and open and seems to jump out of the glass with very intense aromas of mint and spices, cola nut, Jamaica pepper and dried flowers. It's a classical Maipo with intoxicating aromas and flavors. The palate is juicy, and there is good concentration while keeping the balance and the seriousness. This is like an updated version of the 2012 with more freshness. This is phenomenal. 28,931 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.
