Robert Parker:

The 2019 Le Rosé was produced with a mix of 50/50 Tinto Fino and Albillo. The years when they pick the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) with less ripeness—like in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019—they get little (to no) color, and in years like 2015 or 2018 when they pick it riper, they do get a darker color. The blend is also a little different, as in the past it was 60% Tempranillo and 40% Albillo. The mixed bunches were pressed together, and the juice fermented in new 600-liter French oak barrels where the wine matured for seven months. This is ultra pale, like a blanc de noirs, and it also feels like a white, both in aromas and flavors, even texture. This is fresh, vibrant and elegant, with moderate alcohol and very good freshness. It's one of the most original rosés from Spain. And this has to be the finest vintage to date. It should develop nicely in bottle. 2,140 bottles and 90 magnums produced. It was bottled in June 2020.
