Starting with the 2019 vintage, Baigorri's super Crianza uses grapes from all three of Rioja's sub-regions, marrying Tempranillo with 10% Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo before ageing in an 80/20 split of French and American oak. Rich, savoury and dense with the dark berry fruit concentration to age. 2023-28

Fruity nose of dark cherries and a hint of dark chocolate and roasted spices. This is juicy and fluid on the medium-bodied palate with a medium intensity of plums and cherries and firm tannins. Fruit-oriented finish. Drink now.
