Beberás de la copa de tu hermana 2018

There were some unusual aromas reminiscent of hops in the white 2018 Beberás de la Copa de tu Hermana. It's an unusual and gastronomic white produced with a blend of white and red grapes vinified in white. In 2018, the blend is 45% Macabeo, 23% Monastrell, 18% Verdil and 14% Subirat Parent (Malvasía). It feels full of character, powerful but fresh, with some leesy aromas and a touch of white pepper, perhaps from being partially matured in oak and acacia barrels. This is the best vintage for this bottling so far. 5,179 bottles and 74 magnums produced. It was bottled in July 2019.
