The Wine Advocate:

I love the savory nose of the 2017 A Priori, a sparkling white produced with an unusual blend of Macabeu, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Moscatel de Grano Menudo with yeasty and floral notes, very different. It comes from a low-yielding vintage, and the wine shows good concentration and power with very good balance. It was adjusted to 7.5 grams of sugar, which feels very integrated. 14,500 bottles produced. This matures in bottle with the lees for 18 months, so it's a young and fresh traditional sparkling wine. - Luis Gutiérrez.
