The Wine Advocate:

The 1990 Colheita Tawny Port Dalva is a bar-top bottling from March 2019, a field blend of grapes like Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz (and others). It has 138 grams per liter of residual sugar. This is far more complex than the 1995, showing a touch of molasses as well as caramel, but perhaps not quite as fresh. It's fresh enough, though, and adds a bigger finish with a lot of power. At first, I was a little concerned that the alcohol was noticeable, but that seemed to get better not worse as it sat in the glass. This is impressive on many fronts, but it isn't always the freshest Tawny. Those who prefer complexity won't care. It is pretty fine nonetheless.
