The Wine Advocate:

I tasted two vintages of their entry-level white, the oldest of which was the 2018 Dido Blanc, a blend of Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca and Cartoixà (the local name of Xarello) from two vineyards in the villages of Marçà and Falset, 70- and 25-year-old vines, respectively, from limestone and limestone and clay soils. They used full clusters and skin contact one part, while part was pressed directly, and the wine matured in 2,500-liter oak foudres, concrete vats and some used barriques for 14 months. It has a moderate 13% alcohol and a Mediterranean profile, combining volume with elegance. It has soma balsamic aromas, and the sensation of the skin contact feels stronger. There are some bitter notes on the finish. This is an austere vintage with mineral and serious wines with a notable absence of fruit. 20,367 bottles produced.
