Mostly Syrah (there's some Grenache), the 2015 Minervois La Livinière is still aging in concrete tanks and demi-muids. This inky colored effort offers beautiful darker fruits, (blackberries, blueberries), peppered meat, and hints of tapenade, medium to full-bodied, richness, and fine yet present tannin. It's a beautiful, serious Minervois that will keep for 7-8 years.
