One of a series of single-vineyard bottlings by this producer, this wine comes from an east-facing site in the village of Fuissé. It is beginning to develop, with its citrus and crisp apple flavors contrasting with the mineral texture and tight acidity. Give this wine a few months to fill out further and drink from 2019.
