The Wine Advocate:

Their village wine from Méntrida 2020 A Dos Manos has contained ripeness and a heady Garnacha perfume. It's floral and has the grainy granite texture akin to chalk. It’s serious, fresh, mineral and very pleasant and easy to drink. It fermented with 70% full clusters with indigenous yeasts, matured in used French oak barrels for one year and only had some minimal sulfur added at bottling time. 7,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022.
