Sucking:

A bit warmer and rounder than some high-end mencías, here is an excellent introduction to this grape. Good concentration and the typical mencía, racy finish. Would score even higher, if the nose was brighter. Drink now or hold.

Decanter:

Bright and youthful, boasting an alluring depth of red fruit embellished by notes of fennel and mint, while the tannins are nicely subdued. Elegant yet bold and satisfying.
