The one red I tasted, the 2020 Tinto is a blend of Cencibel, Syrah and Merlot produced in a juicy and fresh way, with good ripeness, 14.26% alcohol and good freshness (a pH of 3.48), selecting grapes from the vines planted in 1992 on limestone-rich soils. The varieties fermented separately, the Cencibel and Syrah with some 30% full clusters, and matured in French oak barrels of different sizes and ages for 12 months. It's harmonious, clean and balanced, and the oak is neatly integrated in the wine with some notes of aromatic herbs and fine-grained, chalky tannins. 19,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2022.
