"The 2018 bottling of the NV Fino Una Palma is selected from the three Tío Pepe casks that were six years under flor. It has a classical and serious profile, with a dry palate and a strong sensation of biological aging, notes of esparto grass and wet chalk and a long-lasting, dry and salty finish. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered, en rama, in October 2018. 2,000 bottles produced."

Suckling:

Dense and layered fino with tar and wax. Lots of flor. Medium to full body. Flavorful. Heavier style. Oily. Slightly sweet. Drink now.
