This is a concentrated style, with lemon and lime alongside mango. It’s powerful on the palate with sappy, mouthcoating flavour and a long finish that has a touch of citrus oil and lime pastille. A little bitter twist on the finish brings freshness. Not the most elegant Saint-Péray of the vintage, but plenty of interest, featuring a touch of raspberry on the finish, unexpectedly. Grapes grown on clay limestone, fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured mostly in vat, with a small proportion spending 2 months in new oak. Drinking Window 2019 - 2020.
