The white Horizonte combines Viura, 10% Malvasía and 5% Garnacha from the villages of Ábalos, Baños de Ebro and San Vicente, with fermentation in larger, older wood and concrete eggs. "A bit of everything" it may be, according to Tom Puyaubert, but it's a rich, textured cuvée with aniseed and citrus flavours and good palate length. 2022-25
