Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate:

This non-vintage Juan Piñero Cream Sherry was aged 15-20 years in 600-liter American oak barrels. Fashioned from 75% Palomino Fino and 25% Pedro Ximenez, it exhibits an amber color as well as considerable residual sugar, but it is by no means cloying or overly sweet. It exhibits complex notes of toffee, maple syrup and honeyed caramels, a full-bodied thickness and unctuose texture, and tremendous freshness that can only be achieved with extremely long aging. It is not meant to improve after bottling, so drink it now. If you are looking for something decadent at the end of a meal, this is a bargain-priced choice. - Luis Gutiérrez.
