Laderas de Sedella 2019

The 2019 Laderas de Sedella was produced with the grapes from a young vineyard that Rosillo planted with a field blend of Romé, Garnacha, Jaén, Montua and Moscatel Romano. Everything fermented together in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in tinaja (amphora) and concrete with around 25% of the volume aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. It has some earthiness that gives it a rustic character and strong personality. It has 13% alcohol and a medium-bodied palate with some dusty tannins. 3,114 bottles were filled in August 2021.
