The Wine Advocate:

The 2021 Las 30 del Cuadrado is fresh, balanced and expressive, with moderate alcohol, 11.5%, but with a round mouthfeel, nicely textured and with a chalky feeling to it. It's clean, expressive and very balanced, characterful and with a tasty, almost salty finish. The juice from very old vines in the vineyard El Cuadrado, 30 acres in Pago Balbaína, fermented in used Manzanilla Pasada casks, where the wine matured with fine lees for six months. I found it very good, better than previous vintages. This is now a Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz. 12,000 bottles produced.
