L'horabona Blanco 2021

The 2021 L'Horabona was produced with Moscatel de Alejandría in a dry and light style with grapes from a plot with more limestone. It has a vein of marl in the soil planted with a clone with high acidity. It fermented in 54-liter glass demijohns, where it matured with lees for seven months to get a creamier texture. It was very recently bottled and feels quite reductive with some sulfur notes, but the palate feels more vibrant and livelier, with a similar profile, moderate ripeness and alcohol, subtle aromas and flavors and floral character. 2,000 bottles were filled in February 2022.
