Los Loros Listán Blanco 2021

The serious and varietal 2021 Los Loros Listán Blanco de Canarias was bottled very early, aiming for a young, fresh and easy-to-drink white with 12% alcohol and good freshness. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and was kept with lees. It's a little reductive and perhaps marked by the bottling and might need some air after opening. It's soft, light, clean and dry, very pleasant. 1,000 bottles were filled in November 2021, and the rest was kept in tank to be bottled around March or April 2022.
