Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

A serious rosé made from 100% mazuelo. Minerals, peach stones and a touch of nectarines. Transparent and textured, with a medium body and elegant flavors. Dry but pure and long in the finish. A good effort from 2023. Drink now or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

The pale 2023 Primer Rosé is their youngest wine, born in 2015. It was produced exclusively with Mazuelo/Cariñena grapes from a plot, Pago Lucas, planted in 1985 at 350 meters above sea level. It's a Provençal style rosé with 14.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.45 from grapes picked the sixth of October. The must fermented in concrete vats at low temperature and didn't go through malolactic fermentation, then the wine matured in the tank for six months. It's clean, serious and harmonious, powerful and quite surprising, austere and subtle. It has higher ripeness, more alcohol and a higher pH. It's a lot more powerful this year. 7,026 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2024. - Luis Gutiérrez.
