They couldn't produce the red in amphora in 2018, and I only tasted the 2018 Viejas Tinajas Moscatel. Like many of the wines, this is the finest bottling for this cuvée in an almost-perfect vintage. This has moderate alcohol (12.8%) and very high acidity, something quite unusual for the variety, and it gives a lively character to the palate with citrus freshness. It has varietal notes, but more than that, it is very clean, complex and floral, with notes of orange peel. It's a lot cleaner than the initial vintages, without any rusticity, and is focused and bone dry. 5,400 bottles produced and filled in September 2019.

Se sale de lo común, muy curioso. Sorprende. Perfumado y sequísimo. No apto para todos los gustos.
Extraordinario dentro de una complejidad que no lo hace apto para neófitos. Rompe todos los conceptos. Bravo por la bodega y por el enologo.
