The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Mestizaje Blanco has a slightly different blend, as they introduced Xarello and lowered Viognier; it is 65% Merseguera, 14% Viognier and roughly equal parts Malvasía and Xarello. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete and stainless steel with fine lees for six months. It has 13.5% alcohol and good freshness (pH 3.31) and acidity. It has a different profile, less exuberant and floral (white flowers rather than pollen), but it's more serious and subtler. The palate is balanced and fresh, clean and precise, every bit as good as the 2019 but just different. 55,906 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2021.
