This is a new white wine produced with Palomino and matured with lees for a short time but without touching wood. The 2020 Ás de Mirabrás has concentration and ripeness and is partly from very old and low-yielding vines from an inland vineyard that produces concentrated grapes. There's weight and complexity in the palate with some honeyed flavors and a mellow texture. It has ripe varietal character, with notes of pollen and yellow fruit, dried herbs and esparto grass. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2021.
