Medium gold hue with complex expressions of roasted cashews, iodine, nori, dried apricots, fine lees, sourdough and a touch of hot stones. Creamy in texture, but this is really tangy and bright in flavor despite its neutral nature. Full-bodied, nicely structured and long. Quite unique and intriguing.
