The Wine Advocate:

The organic 2018 Nosso wears the subtitle "Verdejo Ecologico Natural" and had no added sulfites. It has some cereal-like aromas, with a lactic hint, not very varietal, but clean and not showing any deviations. The palate is balanced, with good freshness and a marked bitter finish—to me, that's the signature of Verdejo. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2019.
