Pago de Larrainzar Merlot 2014

"The first varietal Merlot is the 2014 Merlot, fermented in stainless steel with yeasts selected from their own vineyards and aged in French barrique for ten months in search of a floral and elegant expression of the grape. The conditions of 2014 provided ripe grapes that resulted in a wine with 14.8% alcohol. There are creamy notes and a nice core of ripe fruit without excess and with a notable absence of herbal aromas. The profile, common throughout the range is clean and nicely crafted, polished, sleek and elegant wines. The palate shows very good balance, focused and clean flavors with a good finish. 2,028 bottles were filled in April 2016".
