The Wine Advocate:
Even better than I expected after last year's preview, Lesec's 2016 Gigondas Cuvee Romaine takes subtle garrigue accents and weaves them seamlessly through bold raspberry and stone fruit notes. It's full-bodied, concentrated and rich, perhaps a bit on the warm side, but the wine carries the alcohol well, finishing long and plush. It should drink well for 6-7 years. - Joe Czerwinski.
