A round, layered Champagne with a full body and lots of flavor, yet it turns subtle and fresh at the end. Very citrusy and agrumi undertones. Grilled-bread and toasty character. 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay. Give this time to develop. Better in 2022. 10,000 bottles made.
