The nose of the 2010 Victoria Diez-Caballero Crianza is perfumed and open for business, with a mixture of ripe plums, peaches and apricots and a coat of sweet spices (mainly cinnamon). The palate is round with abundant tannins and the flavors of sweet spices making a comeback in the finish.

A step up from the Vendimia Seleccionada Reserva, which is sold at the same price, but is aged in central European oak, this is a varietal Tempranillo with engaging perfume, spice and acidity, well-integrated oak and a backbone of sinewy tannins complemented by sweet
