While there’s plenty of butterscotch and vanilla in the background, it doesn’t overpower the pretty notes of mangoes, papaya and some freshly squeezed citrus. Full-bodied and quite oily on the palate, but the acidity cuts right through the buttery texture. A blend of 90% viura and 10% tempranillo blanco. Drink now or hold.
