An attractive, flinty nose with green apples, sour cream, clove, white nuts and stones. Pretty neutral and full-bodied, threaded by a bright streak of acidity. Very elegant, if not light, with a slightly chewy mouth-feel. Only 10.5% alcohol! 100% pedro ximenez. Unique and characterful wine. Drink now.
