Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

Dark cherries and dried herbs with some praline and sweet spices as well. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. Rich and round with fresh acidity. Generous and crisp at the center with some dark cherries and bitter chocolate character. Lots of violets towards the juicy finish. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Saint Joseph la Couronne de Chabot shows the advantages to having a high-altitude, late-ripening site in hot vintages. Scents of crushed stone accent mulberries on the nose, with hints of redder fruit as well. While medium to full-bodied, this has a slightly lean, angular feel, outlined by fine-grained tannins and ending in a long, silky finish. It's a strong effort.
