A stunning wine; 90% Macabeo and 10% Parellada, fermented and aged in concrete tanks. Phenolic, savoury and with such energy; the steely acidity acts as a core for this wine. Waxy, golden apples, lemon peel, white peach and smoke, with a deliciously chalky texture as it tapers into a long finish. Outstanding and so well priced! 2024-2032.
