The Wine Advocate:

The red blend 2016 O Esteiro is approximately equal parts of Mencía, Caíño and Espadeiro, the three red varieties they work with. Xurxo Alba considers 2016 a warm vintage that provided good ripeness for the reds. This has good freshness and a certain elegance when tasted next to the Capitán Xurelo. Some 6,600 bottles were produced.
