The one skin-contact white whose production remains is the 2017 3 Miradas La Viña de Antoñín Skin Contact, from a plot in the paraje Riofrío Alto. The grapes were foot trodden in open bins with the skins for ten days, then the wine was transferred to concrete amphorae for the élevage under a veil of flor for some eight months. They reduced the time the wine was in contact with the skins to lighten the effect of the process in the wine, which in 2016 felt a bit too much. It's milder here, but there is also the effect of the concentration and volume produced by the warmer, drier and earlier harvest, the lower yields and more natural concentration of the year. They are in the process of fine-tuning the skin contact and the effect of the flor. 900 bottles produced.
