The 2020 Arroyo de Arrayán Blanco was produced with a 50/50 blend of Garnacha Gris and Garnacha Blanca from organically farmed vines that were planted in La Verdosa in Santa Cruz de Retamar (Toledo) in 1999 and were regrafted to the varieties in 2015. It fermented in used 300- and 500-liter oak barrels, where it matured for 10 months. It's not a shy white at 14.14% alcohol, but with a low pH of 3.19, it has volume and freshness, with intense aromatics dominated by notes of pollen and chamomile and a very tasty, dry, long finish with a bitter twist. 1,478 bottles were filled in October 2021.
Creamy and spicy nose with some freshly cut vanilla, nougat, pears and nectarines. Very supple and mellow with moderate acidity and elegant white fruit on the round, full-bodied palate. Creamy and nutty finish. Garnacha gris and garnacha blanca. Drink now.

Todo un descubrimiento. Goloso hasta decir basta. Muy agradable de beber. No se pasa de fruta. Acidez justa.
Fresco, mineral. Se nota el tostadito de la madera. Muy rico !
