A delicate Brisat wine, made from a mixture of Pansa Rosada and Pansa Blanca, with 3 months of skin contact. Lovely aromatics; bruised apples and pears, tangerine pith, pastry dough and a touch of light fennel. Clean, bright and deliciously chalky. 2022-2028
