The Wine Advocate:
The Garnacha red 2017 Baltasar Gracián Garnacha Viñas Viejas was produced from a selection of old vines in the cooler part of Calatayud, fermented in concrete vats, matured in oak barrels and vats of different sizes, for ten months. There's lots of graphite here, with a touch of leather and ink. The palate revealed some powdery tannins with some rustic elegance. 100,000 bottles were produced and bottled in September 2018.
