Carlos Mazo calls this a village wine, as he uses Garnacha grapes from two separate parcels in his home town of Aldeanueva. Whole bunch fermented in foudres, it's another wonderfully elegant, understated wine from this talented young winemaker. Fresh, fine, lacy and detailed with lots of zip and energy and a combination of pomegranate and redcurrant fruit. 2023-30
