Finca Zarzamochuelo is a single 2.8-hectare site that faces north in Laguardia. The resulting wine is a deeply coloured blend of Tempranillo with 10% Graciano and 2% Petit Verdot that's more tannic, modern and age-worthy than the bodega's other reds. Serious, layered and intense, with scented French oak, plum, black cherry and damson fruit and impressive underlying structure. 2024-30.
