The NV Caberrubia Saca VI is a blend of two barrels from 2017, one from 2018 and one from 2019, and the 2019 is a very pungent vintage that boosts the wine in all aspects. The nose is explosive and the palate is pungent, intense and long. As with all the wines, it achieved 15% alcohol without fortification. It has more electricity and more sapidity, with tension, length and character, and it's one step above the previous bottling. It finishes long and tasty, and salty, and long, and tasty, and salty and long and goes on, and on and on... 1,900 bottles and 30 magnums were filled in June 2022.

Excelente. Entre los finos, el mejor, en mi humilde opinión.
