The Wine Advocate:

The only still white wine, the 2019 Cantallops is a pure Xarel.lo from limestone soils from one vineyard planted in 1957 in the village of Cantallops. It fermented with indigenous yeasts, 50% in concrete eggs and 50% in used 500-liter French oak barrels, where it matured with the lees for some 10 months. It has the saline, calcareous and sapid character from the Massís del Garraf pure limestone soils. It's 13% alcohol and has very good freshness with a mixture of notes of peach skin and subtle spice and smoke. 5,920 bottles were filled in July 2020.
