The Wine Advocate:

The 2021 Sauvignon was produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from organically farmed vines and has moderate varietal character and some leesy character, with hints of smoke and spice after maturing with the lees for a couple of months. 6,500 bottles were filled in March 2022.
