Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

Blackberry and blackcurrant with some dark-tobacco character on the nose, following through to a full-bodied palate with chewy yet polished tannins. Fruit and mineral finish. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

The varietal 2020 Catena Cabernet Sauvignon shows the warmer, drier and riper character of the year when tasted next to the 2019, which is a completely different style of year. This is juicy and round within the serious and clean style without any excess of the wines from Catena. It's medium-bodied, with fine-grained tannins and a dry finish. It's a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. 336,000 bottles produced. It was bottled between October and November 2020.
