The new red 2020 Anza CDVIN was produced with Garnacha grapes from the village of Cordovín, from a very old vineyard (98 years old) with lots of active limestone. It fermented in a 1,000-liter stainless steel vat and matured in a single 500-liter oak barrel for 10 months. It's perfumed and juicy, with an unctuous mouthfeel, good ripeness at 14% alcohol and very good freshness and balance. Only 620 bottles were filled in September 2021. - Luis Gutiérrez.
