The warmer and drier 2022 Ceibo was produced with the juice from destemmed grapes (they don't want to lose any acidity and even less in a warmer year like this); it finished fermenting slowly in two 2,500-liter oak foudres; it did not go through malolactic; and it was kept with fine lees that were not stirred for seven or eight months. It has notes of hay, yellow fruit, cereals and pollen, with good ripeness and 13.5% alcohol. It's still young, a little closed, with a soft palate and a velvety mouthfeel. Some 6,500 bottles were produced. It was bottled in May 2023.

buen godello
Bom vinho. Bom volume e bom corpo, com acidez bem equilibrada. Vinho para apreciar daqui a um par de anos.
Super correct Godello. I personally prefer the younger ones, but this was a perfect match. Coupled with a besugo was the perfect match.
Buen ejemplo de Godello. Muy neutro y seco, verdor en su final.
